How furniture request forms work
The request forms on this website prepare an email in your device’s email application. Repurposed Life receives the information only when you choose to send that email. The information is then handled through our email account and used to review, respond to, and coordinate the request.
How we use information
We use information you provide to communicate with you, review requests, coordinate furniture pickup or delivery, match donated resources with community needs, manage volunteers, document program activity, and operate Repurposed Life’s services.
Home addresses and delivery information
Delivery addresses are collected only when they are needed to evaluate or coordinate a furniture request or delivery. We do not publish recipient home addresses on the website.
When information may be shared
We may share only the information reasonably necessary to coordinate a service with people or organizations helping us complete that service, such as authorized volunteers, delivery or logistics partners, referral partners, or service providers. We do not sell your personal information.

For example, Givebutter and ReSupply may process information when you choose to use their services. Their own privacy policies and terms may apply to information you provide directly to them.
