Pop-ups are for pre-registered NYCHA residents. Dates are set as trucks and locations are booked, so the surest way to hear about one is to get on the list.
Your resident association
Many RAs sign up their whole development and host the pop-up. Ask your RA president whether one is in the works.
Your caseworker or agency
Caseworkers, social workers, and senior centers can refer a household directly.
